At Hilary Duff, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is confirmed via email.
